Terms Conditions Domestic Staff

1. Contract Duration:

This agreement is made for six (6) months, after which a decision will be made regarding renewal.

 

2. Nature of Employment:

The employee must work according to the company’s prescribed rules and regulations.

Prior notice must be given for any absence or delay.

 

3. Salary & Payment:

The employee’s salary will be paid on time.

If the employee is absent for a day, the salary for that day will be deducted.

 

4. Code of Conduct:

The employee must adhere to the company’s rules and regulations.

The employee is not allowed to engage in any unethical or illegal activities.

 

5. Security & Confidentiality:

The employee must keep company information confidential.

Sharing any sensitive information with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Leave & Working Hours:

The employee must fulfill their duties within the designated working hours.

One day off will be given per week, and additional leave requires prior approval.

 

7. Termination & Resignation:

If the company is not satisfied with the employee’s performance, they may be terminated with notice.

The employee must give at least one month’s notice before resigning.

8. Other Conditions:

The company reserves the right to amend the agreement at any time.

The employee must comply with all instructions given by the company.

شرائط و ضوابط (معاہدہ)

 مدتِ معاہدہ

یہ معاہدہ چھ (6) ماہ کے لیے کیا جا رہا ہے، جس کے اختتام پر دوبارہ تجدید کا فیصلہ کیا جائے گا۔

 

 ملازمت کی نوعیت

ملازم کو کمپنی کے دیے گئے اصولوں کے مطابق کام کرنا ہوگا۔

کسی بھی غیر حاضری یا تاخیر کے لیے پیشگی اطلاع دینا ضروری ہوگا۔

 

. تنخواہ اور ادائیگی

ملازم کی تنخواہ مقررہ وقت پر ادا کی جائے گی۔

اگر ملازم کسی دن غیر حاضر رہا، تو اس دن کی تنخواہ کاٹ لی جائے گی۔

 

. ضابطہ اخلاق

ملازم کو کمپنی کے قواعد و ضوابط کی پاسداری کرنی ہوگی۔

ملازم کو کسی بھی غیر اخلاقی یا غیر قانونی سرگرمی میں ملوث ہونے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔

 

. سیکیورٹی اور رازداری

ملازم کو کمپنی کی معلومات صیغہ راز میں رکھنی ہوں گی۔

کسی بھی قسم کی حساس معلومات کسی غیر متعلقہ فرد سے شیئر کرنا منع ہے۔

 

 چھٹی اور کام کے اوقات

ملازم کو روزانہ مقررہ اوقات میں اپنی ڈیوٹی انجام دینی ہوگی۔

ہفتے میں ایک چھٹی دی جائے گی، اور اضافی چھٹی کے لیے پیشگی منظوری لینا ہوگی۔

 

. برطرفی اور استعفیٰ

اگر کمپنی ملازم کی کارکردگی سے مطمئن نہ ہو، تو اسے نوٹس دے کر برطرف کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

ملازم کو استعفیٰ دینے کے لیے کم از کم ایک ماہ قبل اطلاع دینی ہوگی۔

 

دیگر شرائط

کمپنی کسی بھی وقت معاہدے میں ترمیم کرنے کا اختیار رکھتی ہے۔

ملازم کو کمپنی کے دیے گئے تمام احکامات پر عمل کرنا ہوگا۔
